Harvesting timing
Uproot slenderleaf before flowering at 40cm height at 8 weeks. Alternatively, harvest thinning at 6 weeks and use ratoon system. The main shoot is cut 10-15cm above the ground with at least 3 leaves left and new side shoots picked again after 2 weeks.
