Fertilizer requirements
Apply 200Kg/ha of double super phosphate fertilizer. Mulch the plants with straw, black polythene or rice husks to conserve moisture, reduce weeds and keep fruits clean. Apply 150Kg/ha of ammonium sulphate nitrate (26% N) at flowering.
