Step 4: Extract the pulp
Put the open tomatoes in an extractor to separate the pulp from the seeds and skin. If you have no extractor you can cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces discarding the seeds and squash them. Pass through a sieve and repeat the process to crush the pulp.
