Fertilization
Apply well decomposed farmyard manure (25 to 30 t/ha) before planting. It can also be applied during the final ploughing. Use 125kg/ha of DAP or 200 kg/ha of rock phosphate. Peas are legumes and don't need much nitrogen fertilizer.
